Busayo Olajire is a proud Nigerian chef based in the UK, bringing the rich flavours of home to every plate she serves. What started as cooking for family and friends quickly grew into something more; a passion for sharing authentic Nigerian dishes with the community.

For Busayo, food is more than a meal. It is comfort. It is culture. It is connection.

Living abroad made her realise how powerful a familiar taste can be; the aroma of jollof rice, the depth of a well-cooked stew, the warmth of freshly made akara. Through her kitchen, she recreates those flavours with care, consistency, and generous portions.

Every dish is prepared with the same love and attention she would give in her own home — because for her, customers are not just customers. They are family.
