Returns & Refunds policy

Overview:

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed and processed.

Order Confirmation:

Orders are only confirmed after full payment has been received. Once confirmed, orders immediately enter preparation and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Perishable Food Items:

Because our meals are freshly prepared and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect personal preference

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Missed delivery attempts

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A missing item

  • A severely damaged order

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Delivery Delay:

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time window, minor delays may occur due to traffic or high order volume. Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds.

Bank Transfer Payments:

Orders paid via bank transfer are only confirmed once funds have cleared in our account. If payment is not received within the stated time, the order may be cancelled.
